The indoor pool area was relaxing, and the multiple dining options offered great food. However, we found our room had cleanliness issues, and service was slow, especially with long waits for our bags. It would be beneficial to improve the room maintenance and staffing levels to enhance the guest experience.

The bathroom was impressively large and clean, with excellent shower pressure. Enjoying the fantastic views from a higher floor added to the experience. Unfortunately, there were some issues, the in-room dining lacked a microwave for reheating leftovers, and it would be beneficial if the rooms were stocked with robes and slippers. Additionally, noise from the casino crowd could be disruptive at times.

This place suits me perfectly with friendly staff, a fitness center, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how they helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing time. Coming back for Christmas!

The Club King room was well-appointed and provided a comfortable stay. The Pool area offered a nice escape, perfect for relaxation.

The bathroom was amazing with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead. it felt luxurious! However, the surfaces in the common areas were a bit unkempt. Overall, it was a memorable stay. 😊

The casino, while merely a short walk away, was located in the other tower, making it somewhat inconvenient to access, particularly when other amenities were not readily available.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the vibrant boardwalk and the eclectic shops at historic gardner's basin, making my weekend city strolls so enjoyable. i particularly appreciated the friendly front desk staff who made checking in a breeze and offered lots of tips for nearby eateries and attractions.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor and spacious layout of my room. The easy accessibility to elevators made it very convenient for me to navigate around, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The beautiful marble accents were a nice touch.

The room had this marble table, it felt elegant you know, and the bathroom was excellent with a big ol' walk-in shower. The restaurants were legit, like I got a huge dinner and it was high quality. Just didn't expect the portion size.
